Eligibility

Service Description

Pick Up For Good provides item pick-up services, including but not limited to:

Scheduling and coordinating the pick-up of Items from your specified location

Transporting Items to the designated drop-off location

Providing additional services as agreed upon at the time of scheduling

Scheduling and Cancellations

Scheduling: Customers must schedule pick-ups in advance through our website or customer service. You must provide accurate information about the Items and the pick-up location.

Cancellations: Customers may cancel or reschedule a pick-up at least 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.

Customer Responsibilities

Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate and complete information about the Items to be picked up and the pick-up location.

Access: Customers must ensure that our team has safe and unobstructed access to the pick-up location.

Item Preparation: Customers are responsible for preparing Items for pick-up, including packing and securing fragile or valuable items.

Legal Ownership: Customers must ensure that they have the legal right to dispose of the Items and that the Items do not violate any laws or regulations.

Prohibited Items

We do not accept the following Items for pick-up:

Hazardous materials or substances

Illegal items or contraband

Perishable goods

Items that pose a safety risk to our team or others

Fees and Payment

Fees: Our fees for pick-up and related services are specified on our website or communicated to you at the time of scheduling.

Payment: Customers must pay for the Service at the time of scheduling unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website.

Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for services not included in the initial agreement, such as handling oversized items or special requests.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pick Up For Good shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our Service.

Indemnification
